I've come across another twist on Pantone swatches, this one by French food designer Emilie de Griottes for a special feature in french culinary magazine Fricote. She has developed these dessert tarts that recreate Pantone colour swatches in the form of berries, carrots, lemon, candies, and other foods are arranged upon a tart base. The bottom is then iced in white and marked with the pantone colour represented.Design related and delicious looking. Found here.
