Established in 2003, Electrolux Design Lab is an annual global design competition open to undergraduate and graduate industrial design students who are invited to present innovative ideas for household appliances of the future. This year, designer Kuan-ting Ho has designed a product called Hurricane. This product is an automatic and instructional cocktail drink mixer, all you need to do is choose your poison and then add in the ingredients as directed. A step-by-step guide is displayed on the screen and it sets the ball rolling for you. Designed to be used for personal use or small parties, Hurricane makes cocktail making a little bit more interesting, even incorporating a transparent area for you to watch the action. Found here.
