Sound Bite Bracelets

While I believe this technology and even possibly this execution has been around for years, it's still an interesting use of technology. Also, this particular type of bracelet was developed as a campaign by Sound Advice Project to help parents talk to their kids about drugs. Now I don't know how many drug users will go around wearing bracelets like this, but they idea itself is still interesting for other purposes. This would be a unique gift for anyone who received it, regardless of the message it sent. From what I've seen, the process is relatively easy, quick and cheap. Maybe these little visualizations of sound could be an old 'next big thing'. Found here.
