This seems to purely be a large scale optical illusion or the new Microsoft windows desktop image. But in fact it is Horizons - a 15m high, 36m long metal sculpture by Neil Dawson. This visual outline of "a piece of cloth, floating gently to the surface of the earth" can be found on Gibb's Farm sculpture park in New Zealand. Founder of the park, Alan Gibb, commissions artists to create work to fit on his 1,000 acre park, where the only criteria is that the art must react to the landscape. What a great idea! Found here.
